Materials Sourcing
At Marietta Minerals Processing, we know that the quality of your final product depends on the quality of our raw materials. We source and purchase our raw materials to meet your exacting specifications. |
Processing
To maximize your alternatives, our processing options include scalping, crushing, screening, blending (2,000 to 20,000 lbs. per batch) and sorting to meet your needs. |
Sizing
The sizing options available to our customers range from cast by down (i.e., as it arrives bulk) to single-digit micron powders. Customers can specify both top and bottom sizes measured in fractions of inches, mesh or microns. With jaw crusher, cone crusher, ball and attrition are available, the only determining factors are your process size requirements. |
Packaging
We offer complete packaging services including bagging, drum filling, pallet box filling and customized options. |
Storage
With 165,000 square feet of warehouse space under roof, we can store bulk or palletized products to be shipped when and where you require. |
Shipping & Receiving
In addition to providing facilities for all types of trucks—bulk tankers, vans, flat beds and dump trailers—our location on the Ohio River also allows us to arrange barge loading and unloading. |
Sieve and Analysis
To ensure our final product meets your exacting demands, sieve testing is done on-site during processing. Prior to shipping, all finished products are tested on a laboratory bench screen and include a chemical analysis from one of several off-site laboratories.
