Mineral Processing of Element Silicon and Other Silicon Metal

Marietta Minerals Processing offers various mineral processing options including scalping, crushing, screening and sorting to meet your needs. Starting with bulk element silicon, your order will be processed using jaw crusher, cone crusher, ball or attrition milling and then screened to meet your specific top and bottom sizes. Any particles that fall outside of the size parameters you have set will either be reprocessed or removed from your shipment. After processing, your order will be screen tested in an on-site laboratory to ensure it meets your precise specifications, and then packaged, stored and shipped according to your instructions.

We are also proud to offer custom mineral processing services including the drying and blending of other raw materials (2,000 to 20,000 pounds per batch) either as separate components or as a blended product.
